1. Purpose of the service
MediBox is an information organisation and reminder tool for medicine lists, stock, expiry dates, schedules and appointments.
2. Not a medical service
MediBox does not diagnose, treat or provide individual dosage instructions and does not replace a doctor, pharmacist or official medicine leaflet.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, notification settings, device operation and having the right to manage information about family members. Reminders may fail because of device settings, connectivity or other technical causes.
4. Medicine and AI information
Automatically retrieved or AI-organised information may be incomplete. Check the medicine name, strength, form and official leaflet before use. You decide whether to accept suggested changes.
5. Accounts and security
Keep your sign-in details secure and report suspected unauthorised access. Email/password registrations must verify the email address before account data becomes available.
6. FREE and PREMIUM
FREE is available without a paid subscription. PREMIUM adds family, medicine history, reporting, AI and export tools. The price and included features are shown before payment.
7. Subscription, payment and cancellation
Unless Checkout shows a promotional price, PREMIUM costs €1.99 per month or €19.99 per year. The annual comparison equals two months free. By ticking the consent box before purchase, you agree that the selected subscription renews automatically and is charged at the start of each billing period until cancelled.
Stripe processes payments securely; MediBox does not store card details. Manage cancellation, payment methods and invoices through “Manage subscription” in your account. After cancellation, Premium normally remains active until the end of the paid period. Failed payments may suspend Premium. Contact info@medibox.lt about an incorrect or unauthorised charge. Refund and withdrawal rights are assessed under applicable consumer law and the circumstances in which digital service delivery began.
8. Account and data deletion
You can export your data and delete the account from the Data section. Future subscription billing is stopped before deletion. Deleted data cannot be restored. In a shared family account, common records lawfully managed by remaining family members may be retained for their continued use.
9. Availability and intellectual property
We work to keep MediBox reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. MediBox branding, design, code and original content are protected. Third-party medicine data remains the property of its lawful owner.
